Duetta and Volta at Millenia

Completed in 2017, these buildings offer a total of 210 affordable apartments to families and seniors in the celebrated urban village of Millenia in Chula Vista, California.  These two communities are Emmerson’s most recent collaboration with award-winning architect, Joseph Wong Design Associates.

  • 182,035 GSF
  • 257 space, two-level concrete parking structure
  • DAS communications system for fire department use; Emmerson recognized early in the design process that DAS would be required, which saved the client from a costly post-construction installation
